Nice cafe in a prime location with a good range of cakes. Unfortunately let down by very poor espresso and abysmal flat whites!
Not a chain, not a fancy gourmet cafe, a decent honest owner run cafe that does great coffee. It looks like it also does tea and cakes and savoury food and lots of naughty stuff that I am not allowed.The place is actually pretty tiny, they have squeezed in as many seats as they can, if it looks full don't be put off, there are seats out the back to be had.
I have lunch here every Saturday and thoroughly enjoy the beautiful ham and quiches and salad.
Bourbon biscuit cheesecake was amazing. Friendly, helpful staff
