Loved this place. Food was lovely and good value. Would go again when we are in the area.
If there was more than 1 staff member working behind the bar you mite get served quicker. But only if the other people waiting arnt off duty staff. Then only if the staff behind the bar isn't ordering there own food( incorectly) and then sending the other staff member who is washing glasses with still 5 people waiting off to change her order. Ps still waiting to be served.
Nice friendly pub, typical Wetherspoons chain, decor is still nice and the food is always hot, they have a couple of self service coffee machines, they also have a little courtyard outside area which is nice too when the weather is better. Disabled toilets and babychange are always clean and tidy
Food and drinks were fine, good value as always. Unfortunately the whole pub is filthy and stinks like a public toilet. Personally I think you should close for as long as it takes and give the whole place a deep clean.
Great rooms. Regular pub, pretty good service and the food is great value, menu fair range. Yes it ticks so many boxes. But the rooms hear are amazing. Visit and stay over. TD
