Exciting auction which was well run and moved through the varied lots promptly. Nice food and drink served. TV screen with pictures of the lots displayed.
Attended an auction and I'm happy with my purchases. Staff are pleasant and helpful. What is NOT helpful is the following statement on their website: "Two references in the form of other auctioneers that you have purchased items from recently." This, they say, is what you need in order to register for a bidding number. Fortunately I wasn't asked, which is just as well, as I possess no such thing. I carry my passport, driving licence and bank cards, which is more than enough for most auction houses! Really Busby's, you are putting off potential customers!
