I brought a car from here. I was all excited about it being my first car but unfortunately my experience was very bad. After being told the paperwork and receipt for my payment would be dropped to my house it didnt turn up. Took nearly 2 weeks for this to arrive but only after calling them twice to remind them. No receipt arrived with this. After being sat on the drive for 2 days the battery was flat. I got it tested it needed replacing. After agreeing a price I was then told the boss has told me off and I need to sell it for more. Unprofessional. After ringing the boss to speak to him about the poor service I have received he told me I needed to speak to dan who sold me the car. I said no as thats his employee so he should be dealing with it. As I was not a customer getting a finance car he couldnt care less and told me I got a trade deal anyway. Selling a car to a young girl with no idea what shes doing youd think theyd look after them abit more. I AGAIN asked for receipt, and was told it would be dropped down to me. A month on Im still waiting. So after all this my brakes seized in the middle of the road the other day, after getting it looked at I was told it looked like it had no back brakes and it had been bogged to do an mot. Who did the Mot? Bb cars. No wonder they do not want to give me a receipt. Not only did you sell a dangerous car to a young new driver who unfortunately didnt know any different, you put my life at risk. I would not recommend buying a car from this place for your son or daughter unless you want a careless attitude and no paperwork or answers for weeks on end. Shame on you bb Cars because if I had the receipt I would be going straight to trading standards.

We bought a VW polo from them great price low mileage we are over the moon with the purchase. we have bought a few cars over the years and we can honestly say this has got to be the nicest experience we have had Buying a Car Raj and Richard were excellent genuinely Friendly and professional and know what they were talking about , They sorted out a small niggle I had that the car did not have remote central and for a small cost added the cobra central locking kit which was great... due to this been a car for my partner who is learning I could not drive 2 cars at the same time they delivered it right to my door step they really did bend over backwards to help us amazing dealership it was well worth the 1 hour visit from our house to view the car and what really impressed us the car looked just how it did in the pictures and the car was exactly as described on there web page which is not often the case when looking online so if you are looking for a decent car with decent customer service even if they are not in your local vicinity they are well worth a visit so thank you Raj and Richard keep up the good work of selling honest great quality cars :)
