What a joke we booked on a trip late afternoon for 1230 the next day. Been meaning to go on this for years and was really looking forward to the trip. We turn up and the boat is full but we're told we can book on a later trip today!! Even though we had already booked. Got no intention of ever booking on your trip again I wouldn't trust you to keep our spot. Very irritating when we'd accepted the day before when told the trip would not run unless 6 people on it. No mention of being a maximum amount though!
