Delightful little museum to pass a tranquil half hour looking at local archaeological finds and the history of the area.
Happy to see the amount of investment and how well it's been put to use. Will try to return often with my daughter
This is a fantastic local resource. A well curated local museum that is free to enter and can offer a distraction to young and old alike. They have an array of special events and exhibitions throughout the year that have kept me coming back. If you want to know about, rope, fossils, Dr Roberts, haunted wedding dresses and other local characters then start your journey here. On the way out put a donation in the box and help keep this fantastic place open and free.
Very pleasant visit to this small and pristine museum. Interesting rope related history points and I didn't realise nets are still made in Bridport for Wimbledon tennis and top football clubs.
Lovely Museum and lovely lady who was very kind and showed us where to look and excited the children by informing them of he peep holes and dress up which was great fun! The shop was lovely and well priced too! Very nice Museum worth a visit would definitely go again in the future.
