Very rude, unhelpful, aloof, and patronising. Went in to ask if he could cut a 1 lock spindle to size. Because our spindle was not purchased from him he refused with an irritating demeanour, even though I offered to pay for the service and buy another spindle, after all is was a very cheap item. In the previous week I had purchased an expensive fishing knife for 40, and had keys cut, 5 at this establishment. He had no recollection when prompted; "I see so many people", and simply instructed me to do the job myself - impossible with such a hard metal and incorrect tools. Interestingly there was a farmer in the shop at the time, he rolled his eyes as we both witnessed this pathetic man's behaviour. Wholly unsatisfactory & disappointing service, we shall take our family business elsewhere.
