Superb Gym! Excellent Equipment! The place is kept immaculate! Caters for a general fitness enthusiast up to a serious bodybuilder! Well trained friendly staff who are always on hand to help and advise. Drinks station offering pre workout and protein shakes.. I personally couldnt fault the place!

Fab gym with lots of classes included in membership fee, with a personal training plan and regular weigh-ins. Staff really welcoming, helpful and encouraging.
