Nice opticians, friendly helpful staff in an relaxed environment. Very thorough eye test and they explained each stage in detail which was very helpful. Also good deals on designer glasses.
They get busy but will treat you well and professionally

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. The Optician was chewing gum while he tested my eyes. Disgusting.
Usually good service. Some of the staff could be better trained. When I asked about the prices of their top range, thin, light weight etc, staff obviously out of depth.
