Posh cheese on toast so good I had to go back and get another one on my lunch break, I will be in town again next week and will definitely be calling in again top marks great food and friendly service, thank you
Not good!!! Windows may look enticing, but its the taste that counts!!! Sausage rolls bland & anaemic. Buttery often dry & burnt. Pasties mushy. I have tried all as a regular customer & have now given up on this bakery, due to lack of quality & taste. Take your rose tinted glasses off before you enter here!!! WE ARE CRYING OUT FOR A DESCENT BAKERY IN BRIDPORT!!!
Absolutely the worst mince pies we have ever had and at an inflated prices too! The pies were so shallow it was hard to find the filling in them and the pastry was so dry we suspected they were old stock. The bread is also poor quality, probably due to overuse of "flour improver" to make the unsuspecting pay for air instead of bread. I've stopped buying my bread here and now enjoy excellent quality bread baked at home in a bread maker, rather than pay their ludicrous prices.
Great quality, definitely worth the extra over the supermarket equivalent.
Last week we bought 3 Cider and red cheese I think cottage rolls at a whopping 1.60 each. They were barely edible, like cannon balls, we were on holiday so I thought ok, craft baker etc, what hurt the most apart from jaw ache and watching my teeth was the price I had forked out for the dubious pleasure. I could not return them as we had already driven to Charmouth. Sorry Leakers
